Join CMS and fellow CMS users for three days of engaging presentations from leaders in the radiation therapy field, peer discussion, hands-on product demonstrations and a look a future developments from CMS. The conference is complimentary to CMS users and is a CE accredited event.

Hands-on training and demonstrations will be provided throughout the conference. Registration for these demos will be available prior to the meeting and on-site.

Travel and Housing Information

Rooms are being held at the Four Seasons Hotel at a rate of $165.00 per night. To reserve a room, please call the hotel directly at 314-881-5800. You must note that you are affiliated with the CMS Users Conference to receive the greatly reduced rate. Reservations must be made prior to Friday, April 4th. After this date, reservations will only be made on a space available basis at the current rate.

The new Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is located approximately fifteen miles from Lambert Airport and can be accessed easily by cab or by MetroLink.

Bringing a guest to the Users' Conference?

While non-CMS customers are not allowed at the conference portion of the meeting, they are welcome to attend the evening social events at a per-event fee. Please select the link below for more info or to register a guest.
